What is Strawberry Points(SP)
They are virtual points that you earn each time you spend at CLS. Your current amount of accumulated SP allow you to redeem for vouchers.
How to earn SP
For every SGD5.00 purchased, you get to earn 1 SP. Each SP entitles you to redeem a voucher of SGD0.10. i.e, If you have 10 SP, you can transform them into SGD1.00 worth of voucher.
How many points and vouchers can i redeem
As long as you have minimum of 1 SP, you can redeem a voucher. There is no limit to how many SP you can accumulate and how many vouchers you can turm them into from the amount of SP you have. i.e, If you decided to transform your 1 SP to SGD0.10, you may do so, if you decided to accumulate to 60 SP and transform them into SGD6.00, this is allow as well. But do take note, if your voucher use is more than your purchase price, there will not be any balance SP or voucher being returned to your account. All vouchers and SP are not transferable or refundable. and SP are not transferable or refundable.
How can i redeem my vouchers
Upon logging in to your account, you may click on your name on the top right hand corner, go to "My Account>My Loyalty Points>" and click "Transform my points into a voucher of $xx.xx". Please take not this action is not reversible. A min of SGD10.00 checkout is required to use a voucher.
Mode of payment
Your items can be shipped by SingPost standard postage or SingPost registered postage.
CLS currently offers free islandwide shipping for standard postage. All registered postage is charged at $2.50. Tracking number will be send to your account message box when they are shipped out. Be sure to check your message from CLS regulary if you choose registered postage. You can check your message at "My Account>History & Details Of My Orders" click on details and scroll down below to view them.
SingPost registered postage VS normal postage
Standard and Registered postage are both mailed with Singpost to both local and international addresses (applicable only to Singapore & Malaysia at the moment).
Standard postage is SingPost’s standard delivery option. Parcel sent via standard postage do not come with a tracking number and therefore, cannot be tracked and is not traceable. Should you select this option, CLS will not liable for any lost mails regardless of destination.
Registered postage is SingPost’s tracked delivery option. Each parcel will be issued with a Registered Article (RA) Number to help you to track the movements of your parcel. You will be required to sign and acknowledge the article upon delivery on your doorstep.
Only registered mail parcels can be tracked with their registered article tracking number. Tracking number will appear in "My Account>History & Details Of My Orders>Details" in the Tracking Number cell. You can track your item at SingPost.com using the quick tool, under “Track Item”, located at top left to get an online update.
Estimate time of arrival for your item(s)
Spree items will reach SG in 10-14 working days upon closure. Payment will have to be made not later than 23:59hrs of the closing date. Payment for order made after closing will not be processed.
Local standard postage mail takes 3-5 working days. Local registered postage takes about 3-4 working days. International shipping generally takes up to 14 working days. Estimated delivery times vary across countries/states.
You can check your order status by clicking on "My Account>History & Details Of My Orders" after you logged in. Automated email will be sent to notify you on further updates necessarily.
Messed up items
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of purchase (together with photos of less than 3MB to serve as proof and record purposes) as soon as possible and we will get back to you within 3 working days.
Out Of Stock
Refund Voucher will be generated upon delivery into your account. Refund default type is via refund voucher, however it can be done in cash. Pls email us at email@example.com, stating your bank type, account number and we will get back to you within 3 working days.

Return & exchange
At the end of the day, customer satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase(s) from CLS. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your items, you can submit a return/exchange request to us for an exchange, refund or Strawberry Points
All return/exchange requests have to be submitted within 7 working days from delivery date and are subjected to approval by the CLS team. We don’t accept returns or exchanges after the 7-day period.
All emails to CLS regarding returns/exchanges must be accompanied with pictures of defective/damaged or incorrect shipment items. Kindly allow 3 working days for us to review your case.
Damaged/defective or incorrect shipment accessories will be exchanged at no shipping cost at all.
Defective/damaged accessories like those stated below will be exchanged at no shipping charge at all:
Faulty hooks / missing jewels / crystals / charms / studs / Broken / torn accessories.
Not allowed for an exchange
Exchange due fit / colour / design.
Please note that ear accessories will not be allowed for an exchange for hygiene reasons
Other exchange/return policies not mentioned here will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that the CLS team will have the final say on all exchange/return requests.
All sales are final. Final orders are not allowed for any cancellation, exchanges, returns, refunds.

Please allow 10 working days for the processing of any refunds or Strawberry Points.
Refunds will be made by Internet banking or ATM transfer.
Credits will be refunded to your CLS account in terms of Strawberry Points. In your shopping cart, use the voucher to offset the total amount before reviewing the final amount to be paid.
